Event cancellations by the company

In the event that an event is cancelled by Fantasy Flora Events Private Limited due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations will be made on the same day.

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 working days from the date of cancellation. Participants may choose their preferred payment method for receiving the refund — it is not limited to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

To initiate your refund, please contact our support team with your booking details. Refunds will not be automatically issued — participants must reach out to request the refund.

We will also notify affected participants via email and/or phone regarding the cancellation and next steps.

Customer-Initiated cancellations

Please note that cancellations cannot be made by participants unless the event has been officially cancelled by Fantasy Flora Events Private Limited. All bookings are considered final and non-refundable in such cases.

We recommend carefully reviewing all event details before completing your registration.
